<p>The 6 story, 882 space gargage cost an estimated $29 million to build.  It includes natural and florescent lighting, electricity-generating solar panels, and system to treat storm and runoff water to preserves natural resources, conserve energy, and reduce waste.  The 290,000 square foot structure consists mainly of recycled concrete, glass, and steel. </p>
